Pastry cream
Preparation
1. Combine all the ingredients using a whisk or mixer, and beat for about 5 minutes until the desired consistency is achieved.
Note: For a thinner consistency, increase the amount of milk or add a little milk at the end.

1. Bring the water to a boil (100 °C) and add the premix.
2. Stir the mixture vigorously for about 2 minutes or until it begins to form a crust. Remember that this process
is done with the stove on.
3. Add the mixture to a pastry bag (or mold) and fry in oil at a temperature of 175 °C.
